Mexico City International Airport Benito Juárez

Benito Juarez (MEX) International Airport is the airport we would recommend flying into. The airport is a short ~30-40 minutes from the hotels/airbnbs and the vibrant heart of the city! We highly encourage our guests to set up price alerts via "Google Flight Alerts" App to ensure the best flight deal! When you land at the airport and need to get to Polanco, you have a few transport options. One option is going to an official taxi stand outside the airport. There are many stands, and they are all legitimate— but we don’t recommend taking the regular airport taxis that queue up at the terminals. There are official taxi stands inside the airport, but the prices can vary widely depending on which booth you use, and some travelers report being quoted different fares at each stand (anywhere between $35-65 USD.) A better and more reliable choice for most visitors is to use Uber. An UberX ride from the airport to Polanco usually runs around ~$20-$40 depending on demand, time of day, and traffic. Larger vehicles (like UberXL) cost more — typically a few hundred pesos higher. Where to meet your Uber: After you exit baggage claim and clear customs: Terminal 1: walk to the designated ride-hail pickup area near Exit 4. Terminal 2: head toward the ground-level pickup spots around Exit 2 or 3 as indicated in the Uber app. Note: Ride-hail pickup zones can change slightly over time and with airport policies, so always check your Uber app for the exact pickup location once your ride is confirmed.

Wherever you choose to stay, you’ll be perfectly situated to explore the best of Mexico City while remaining close to the celebrations. Please keep in mind that transportation to and from all wedding events will be provided only from the designated hotels listed. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you'll need to arrange your own transportation to one of the pickup spots or can Uber directly to the events- just be sure to check the schedule and addresses ahead of time!
