Are airport transfers included?

Answer

Airport transfers are $45 per person. This should have been included in your invoice which was already paid. You will receive a "Know Before you Go" email the week before travel which will include details on where to meet, what to expect and important contact information while travelling. If you're flying back on 7/24, the transfer company agents will be present at the beginning of our reception on 7/23 to confirm airport transfer times.

Is there laundry services available?

Answer

There is no self-service laundry but there is a laundry service available in each room. There is a laundry bag and paper sheet with prices per piece and laundry service type (regular, delicate, express, etc.)

We advise not to drink the tap water.

Any packing recommendations?

Answer

It will be hot! Along with your beachware and wedding outfits, we recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen, bug spray, anti-itch cream (if you get lots of bites like Gopi) and aloe. If you plan on spending some time at the bar, bring your own insulated drink holder which they can fill with your drink of choice so it stays cool and bug-free.

How can I make restaurant reservations?

Answer

You will need your room number to make reservations so this will be available once you check in. You will download the "Royalton Resorts" app and enter your room number/last name to make reservations.
