We met doing one of our favorite activities, playing tennis. We both attended a "tennis social" event on a Friday evening at our gym and played on different courts. Afterwards, we all went to socialize with food and drinks where Nick was trash-talking other players and Gopi recognized a kindred spirit. Our eyes met across the table but we couldn't really talk from where we were seated so Nick walked over and pulled up a chair to talk to Gopi and the rest is history.
