With a full bar and menu of tasty bites, you'll loose track of time in the cozy ambiance with a wood burning fireplace. Don't forget to look up at all the handcrafted wood and metal work.
This festival is in our hometown and only comes around once a year! There's great music, food booths, and of course, HOT AIR BALLOONS at sunrise and early dusk! Tickets are $15 must be purchased ahead of time. We plan to attend the festival Saturday evening. If you are still around, we'd love it if you join us! Our exact arrival time is TBD. Stretching between three cities—Beaverton, Tigard and Tualatin over 18.6 miles—the Fanno Creek Trail is great for nature walks or biking in a relaxed environment. This paved road goes through forest-like neighborhoods, creek beds, playgrounds, and disc golf. It even passes right by our house!
Such historical beauty. Take a tour of the mansion and learn about Portland's Pittock Family history. Or come to the grounds to see the breathtaking views of Portland. For those looking for an extra adventure, you can hike up to Pittock Mansion.
On Saturday (and Sunday), wander up and down the Waterfront and Downtown streets as you browse through all the local vendors. You'll be sure to find great food, hand crafted art, homemade body care, souvenirs, and much more. While you're there, don't forget to stop by the famous VooDoo Doughnut shop.
