Cocktail Attire
- Directions from I-75 N, exit highway 380 E (University Drive). - Go Eastbound on 380 towards Greenville. - At Woodlawn road, turn Left (North). - Approach the dead end in about 2 miles, turn right. - Drive .02 miles and turn left onto Wayside Trail (Road Name) into Avalon Legacy Ranch's Gate with sign. Visitor parking is right in front of the venue with light stranded bordering. Please check in at our guest book upon arrival.
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Make yourselves comfortable at the Ranch. Mix and mingle before walking down to the ceremony. The ceremony will take place in the back of the property. Follow the path to the left, over the wooden bridge, and continue up a stone path. For those needing assistance, please ask to be driven to the ceremony in a complimentary golf cart.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Help yourselves to refreshments inside on the first floor of the Ranch. The kitchen will have all non-alcoholic products, while the dining room will have a bartender readily serving beer and wine. The wedding party will be quickly posing for a few photos during this time and look forward to seeing you all at 6pm.
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
DJ will announce to see yourselves to your table outside on the porch. The entire wedding party will meet you all a few short minutes later.
