Yes. The shuttle leaves the hotel at 2pm and will pick people up in the parking lot at 2:40pm. The shuttle will pick guests up at the Fairfield Inn hotel & parking lot and take them to the ceremony. There will then be a return shuttle at multiple times throughout the night to take guests back to their cars in the lower parking lot and to the hotel.
Yes! You will need to park in the lower lot (67 Sawyer Hwy Warren, NH) and there will be a shuttle to take you up the hill to the ceremony and back down at the end of the night. There will also be a shuttle to and from the hotel and venue.
The ceremony and reception are adults only. We love your kids, but we kindly request that you leave your little ones at home for the weekend.
We expect folks will wear Dressy Casual Attire for the ceremony and reception. Dresses, jumpsuits, dress pants, collared shirts. Ties and Jackets optional. Please no jeans. We recommend an extra layer - it will be chilly!
Uber and Lyft are not transportation options. If you do not wish to drive, you can catch the shuttle from the Fairfield Marriot Plymouth Hotel with other guests.
Yes! Please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions in your RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate.
They'll be wearing darker shades of green
Apart from the main event, the entire weekend is very casual! Hiking clothes, jeans, sweatshirts and Crocs or Birks with socks are encouraged - it is NH after all! There are endless hiking trails, scenic drives, and exploring in the area and we'd love for you to experience that! Weather-wise, we're hoping for a warmer, sunny day but the average temperature in October is 53 F. It will be fall in the mountains, so we expect it to get pretty chilly, especially at night, so bring layers such as a sweatshirt or fleece for evening activities. There will be a heater in the tent. Rain is also a strong possibility, so we also recommend packing a rain jacket and some shoes that can get a little wet or muddy. Aside from that, bring everything needed to enjoy a mostly-outdoor fall foliage weekend in New England! This includes sunscreen, bug spray, sunglasses, good walking shoes, warm socks, a reusable water bottle, flannels, etc. There are plenty of shops in Lincoln to buy anything you forgot/need.
Good question! Our names will stay the same, Nicholas Kozma and Brianna (Bri) Keenan, unless Bri can convince Nick to change his.
