What should I wear? Dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. But, feel free to do more. Please no shorts, jeans, or flip flops. *** LADIES! Disposable flip flops will be provided for dancing/reception!

What's the weather like in Arizona during the month of January?

Answer

Weather is actually quite nice during this time, usually in the high 60's. It can get a bit chilly at night, ranging to the mid to low 40's

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Absolutely! Take as many as you want so we can have as many memories as possible. Be sure to use these hashtags when posting: #foreverflores Thank you in advance for all of the photos!

What happens after the ceremony, before the reception starts?

Answer

This will be the cocktail hour. Enjoy drinks, conversation and a personal note from the bride and groom to find your seat while a few photos are taken. We encourage you to talk to someone you don't know and hear their story of how they know the bride and/or groom!

Does your wedding have a theme?

Answer

No theme other than have fun and celebrate the special day with the bride and groom!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. If you can't make it last minute, call/text the listed numbers above.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive a half hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should we park? Is it free?

Answer

There will be plenty of free parking all around the venue at Villa Siena so there is no need to stress.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our families are quite large, so only children on both sides of the family will be there. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us and have a night off!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We are trying to stay on a strict budget.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel and ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is a free shuttle to and from if you are going to be staying at the Hilton Phoenix/Chandler. See the "Travel/Hotels" page for more info.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block and discounted rate for the Hilton Phoenix Chandler. Please see the page for Travel/Hotel for the reservation link and additional details.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online

Answer

The RSVP is due by October 1st, 2021. Simply go to the RSVP page and type in your name to do so.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a parting gift?

Answer

We will be provide small parting gifts and sparklers for for all guests attending!
