Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts 445 S Magnolia Ave, Orlando, FL 32801 All events will be held at this location. Note: Please arrive between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM, as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 PM. Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center’s usher teams will greet guests in the Grand Lobby on Magnolia Avenue. Guests will hold any personal items while passing through the Evolv security screening system (which can be seen at places like Disney Springs and Universal). Outside food and beverages, firearms, and knives are prohibited within the building. Once guests have passed the security screening, ushers will guide them to an elevator to the 5th floor. If preferred, guests are also allowed to use the stairs.
Most guests will stay at a hotel within walking distance. However, if you plan to stay further from downtown, you will be responsible for transportation to the venue. Please keep in mind that parking in downtown Orlando can be challenging.
The Grand Bohemian, located directly across the street, offers valet parking for $25.00. The Aloft Hotel, also across the street, provides valet parking for non-overnight guests for $17.00 for 3 to 12 hours. Unfortunately, valet parking at the Performing Arts Center is reserved for patrons, and parking near the Center is limited. There are nearby parking decks, but some close in the evening, which may prevent you from retrieving your vehicle until Monday!

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to find parking and your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony, kindly wait in the cocktail reception area just inside from the rooftop terrace.
Traveling on I-4 or through downtown Orlando during weekends can be difficult. We recommend giving yourself ample time to arrive at the venue.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place on the outdoor rooftop terrace, offering a stunning view of the evening sky over downtown Orlando. Both the cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.
Dress to impress! Our wedding is formal or black tie optional. Women may wear floor-length dresses or cocktail attire, while men should wear suits.
To maintain the intimacy of our wedding, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will be included when you RSVP.
While we cherish your little ones, this event is strictly for adults only.
Yes, during the cocktail hour, there will be an open bar and hors d'oeuvres served. Please enjoy yourselves!
Absolutely! The drinks are on us, and the hangover is yours! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan to drink. We want all our loved ones to get home safely!
The reception concludes at 11:00 pm. There will not be an official after-party since The Grand Bohemian bar closes at 11:00 pm. Please check this website for updates regarding an after-party location.
