Ceremony

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Please arrive between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM, as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 PM. Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center’s usher teams will greet guests in the Grand Lobby on Magnolia Avenue. Guests will hold any personal items while passing through the Evolv security screening system (which can be seen at places like Disney Springs and Universal). Outside food and beverages, firearms, and knives are prohibited within the building. Once guests have passed the security screening, ushers will guide them to an elevator to the 5th floor. If preferred, guests are also allowed to use the stairs. Traveling on I-4 or through downtown Orlando during the weekend can be challenging. We recommend allowing yourself ample time to reach the venue.
