What’s the COVID-19 plan?

Answer

We want nothing more than our big day to be safe for everyone in attendance! We are very grateful that the vaccines are widely available, and both ceremony and reception will be outdoors to decrease transmission. We ask that if you are not fully vaccinated by the time of the wedding, please follow CDC guidelines by getting a test before the event and wearing a mask. We hope this will allow everyone attending to focus on the good times and not the germs.

Where will the wedding be?

Answer

Our venue is located in Traverse City, Michigan—Charlotte’s hometown. Both ceremony and reception will be onsite at the top of Gallagher farms, overlooking the West arm of Grand Traverse Bay. To see their beautiful views, check out their website: https://bayviewweddings.com/

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Even though all events will be held at one location, our ceremony will be at Bayview's Overlook, requiring guests to arrive early to be escorted to the top of the hill. Please arrive at 4:30 to board the shuttle so our ceremony may begin promptly at 5:00.

What are the vegetarian and vegan dinner options?

Answer

We're very excited for our meal provided by Catering by Kelly's, so thank you for asking. The traditional meal will include both a petit tenderloin of beef and grilled chicken breast. The vegetarian and vegan meals feature a stuffed portabella mushroom on a bed of marinara, with provolone cheese or lentils. Yum.
