Matron of Honor
Twin of Chau. Jenny has been a great friend of Chau after meeting in high school freshman elective “creative sewing” class. Chau would refer to Jenny as her twin as they often buy the same clothes, eat the same food, and can finish each other’s thought with little to no words spoken. They often can be seen together in public. When by themselves, it wasn’t long before the other’s name would come up in conversation. Fun fact: Chau’s personal nail model and dress-up doll (she really likes dressing up Jenny).
Mark Cheeseman
Best Man
Long time friend of Richard and Chau. Richard’s fondest memories with Mark are when they play games online and troll other players to leave the game. Chau’s fondest memory with Mark was when she actually beat Mark in Mario Kart 7 on the Nintendo DS--the only time she felt superior to Mark. Fun fact: both Richard and Chau were not invited to Mark’s wedding.
Nhi Nguyen
Maid of Honor
The person who has shared the longest history with Chau. They have been mistaken as twins from an early age by strangers. Born 13 months apart, Nhi is the sister Chau cannot get rid of…even IF she tried. Though they had their troubles as common in sisters, Chau is very thankful to have her sister with her on her wedding day. Their sisterly bond consists of eating good and bad food, entertaining Chau’s cats, or hanging out with their other sister, (cousin) Gina. Fun fact: likes to steal Chau’s cats.
Chris Nguyen
Man of Honor
Brother to Richard. Richard’s first memory when asked about Chris: according to Chris, Richard was the reason for the scar on his forehead. Inside their childhood home, Richard was in charge of using his legs to move the trike while Chris was sitting in front, steering. According to Richard, Chris steered them into a wall corner causing injury to Chris’s forehead. From Chau: Chris has three titles according to her: Bestie, Little Bro and fellow Hufflepuff. Fun fact: according to the official Pottermore quiz, Chris was sorted into House of Gryffindor (same as his brother, Richard) but chose to align himself with House of Hufflepuff.
Gina Nguyen
Best Woman
The not-so-distant cousin who’s also referred to as the other sister. Chau, Gina, and their sister, Nhi, spent their childhood with plenty of all-nighters with one goal in mind: unlock every level of Just Dance on the Wii. As they sweat their way through funky dance moves, the three had many adventures from long walks to Fashion Bug to the random drives to the beach. As they’ve each followed their own journeys in life, the three remain as close as ever with plenty of stories to tell to their kids, fur, and plant babies. Fun fact: slowest eater in the group but faster boba drinker.
Kale Johnson

Long time Call of Duty player with Richard. Richard has been friends with Kale since high school. They are known to play hard together, whether it was in or out of school. (Painful) Memory from Richard: playing bloody knuckles with Kale in school and REFUSING to quit before Kale gave up. Fond memory of Kale from Chau: to Chau, Kale is a genuine happy person but she did find humor in how upset he got while playing Uno at game night. Fun fact: after watching a movie for the first time, Kale can quote lines as if he has watched the movie a hundred times.
Tanya Sepe
Bridesmaid
Chau’s Ride or Die girlie. Chau met Tanya through Jenny (Matron of Honor) during her freshman year in high school. As soon as they met, Chau’s first impression of Tanya was that she talked…A LOT and as Chau is a fellow member of the chatterbox community, found her kindred soulmate. Fondest memory of Tanya from Chau: all phone calls from Tanya that started with “so guess what I did” to “you’ll never guess what just happened,” and Chau calculating how much “bail money”she has for Tanya or if she needs her “ninja clothes”. Fun fact: loves Freddy Krueger and Jason.
Joel Hunsicker

Married to Chau’s Matron of Honor, Jenny. Richard will always be by Joel’s sides on the days Chau and Jenny have double dates. Richard’s “not friend” as he denies the relationship when spoken, but Richard could not deny that he would send texts and funny memes, play games, go on vacation, and watch movies with Joel (Chau and Jenny sometimes included). Recent memory of Joel from Richard: playing Catan (table top version) Chau’s first memory of Joel: meeting him at WWII days while she was out with the Jenny. It was the first time she and Jenny met Joel and Chau thought “who is this guy wearing a suit in June with a fedora” and “how can I get him to dance with Jenny so I can take a break”. Fun fact: did not have to take the driver’s test to get his driver’s license.
Liz Berger
Bridesmaid
Chau’s partner in crime. Longtime friend of Chau and former classmate of Richard. Richard would like to say he has known of Liz longer than Chau. When Richard found out that Chau was going to Berks Technical Institute (BTI) for massage therapy, he immediately told Chau and Liz of each other as they will be classmates. Unfortunately for Chau, there were three blondes in her class and it wasn’t until the first day lunch break that she found Liz. Liz, however, knew Chau as soon as she saw her as Chau was the only Asian in the class. Fondest memory of Liz from Chau: driving to Lancaster for their shopping dates at Park City Mall and having Liz dance from the passenger seat while making other drivers and their kids laugh as their cars passed by. Fun fact: Chau’s forever carpool karaoke partner.
Troy Berger
Groomsman
Nerd buddies with Chau. Video game player with Richard. Husband of Liz (best friend of Chau), father of the ring bearers: William(R) & Ezio(L). Can be seen on vacation, double dates, family outings, and game nights with Chau and Richard. Memory of Troy from Chau and Richard: during a game night, Richard played a card (Cards Against Humanity) that had Troy, Liz and Chau laughing so hard they were clutching their stomachs gasping for air. They had never heard Troy laughed so hard. Fun fact: has been telling dad jokes long before becoming a dad.
