Do you have a hotel block?
Answer
Yes! We have a courtesy room block/group rate set us at La Jolla Inn by the Sea. The address is 7830 Fay Avenue La Jolla CA 92037. For a reservation, please call hotel @ 1-800-526-4545. Refer to: Newman/Harman Wedding. Head over to the Travel tab on our website for more details!

Is there parking available near the hotel and wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! The parking fee is waived at the hotel and you can park your car there. The hotel is less then a quarter mile from the wedding venue if you wanted to walk or uber, or there is also street parking right next to the venue.

What if I have a food allergy or preference?
Answer
Please reach out to us if you have an allergy or list it on the questions when you RSVP and we will let our caterer know! There is also a vegetarian option for dinner that you can choose!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

Can I take pictures and post photos on social media?
Answer
We request no phones or cameras during the ceremony, let’s leave that to the professionals! Other than that we love pictures and we would love for you to use our hashtag #newmanandwife when you post photos!

Are there other wedding events I am invited to?
Answer
Yes! Everybody is welcome to join us for all other pre/post wedding events. Take a look at the schedule portion of our website for more information!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We hope our wedding is a good excuse to get dressed up! Suits and ties for the guys and cocktail/evening gowns for the ladies are preferred but not required!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
In order to keep our guest list on track and within venue capacity we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thanks for understanding!

Once you receive your Save the Date we would appreciate your quick response so we can plan accordingly. Thank you in advance!

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
No, however almost everything in La Jolla is walking distance! The hotel, the wedding venue and the after party are all about .25 miles from each other! If your feet hurt from dancing all night hop in an uber for a quick ride home!
