For those of you arriving early we will be gathering at the hotel pool Friday evening. Feel free to order a pizza or bring your dinner to the pool! Outside food and beverages are allowed at the pool.

Beach Day

Directions: When leaving the hotel through the front entrance, turn right on Fay, Right on Silverado, Left on prospect, Right on Cuvier street, Left on coast and after a big green grass area on your right side in 500 ft or so you will see a stair case; the beach is about 1/2 mile from the hotel. We will set up some canopys/umbrellas for shade and chairs/games for a great day at the beach! Grab a towel from the hotel and a bathing suite and come on over!
Meet and Greet

Cocktail Attire: Reccomended to wear: cocktail dresses, skirts, dressy jumpsuits; button up shirts, jeans or slacks.; but wear whatever you feel comfortable in!
We will all be gathering at Hennessey's Tavern so everyone can get to know each other before the big day. It is walking distance from the hotel or grab an uber if you want to save your dancing feet for tomorrow (Hennessey's is about .2 miles from the hotel). Feel free to eat before or there is food and drinks available for purchase at Hennessey's! Check out your welcome package that the hotel gave you for some coupons and discounts for food at Hennessey's and many other places nearby! Hope you can join us for some good music, some sing a longs and fun mingling in preparation for the big day!
