There are many great hotels near the venue at plenty of price points that can accommodate anyone! Some of which are within walking distance of the venue. If you need assistance booking a hotel room, you can contact Melody for more information. You can find the couple’s hotel recommendations on the “Travel” page of this website!
Free parking will be available to all guests and is provided at the venue.
We ask that you wear whatever you are most comfortable in, but this will be a semi-formal event. Jackets and ties are not required, but feel free to dress up as fabulous as you desire! At the end of the day, we just want you to have a great time. Our wedding color scheme is an array of dark, moody, fall colors, but do not feel obligated to wear them if you do not want to! HOWEVER: Please do not wear ripped jeans or solid white.
We understand that this wedding is out of town for most of our guests, and even out of state for some! This being said, we are accommodating to our friends and family with children by allowing children at our wedding. We ask that if you are bringing children, keep them supervised at all times. Please make an effort to ensure they are quiet during the important parts of the day (such as the ceremony) and we ask that they are not left unattended on the dance floor during special dances. Please refrain from using your phone during the ceremony. This includes taking ANY photos! ALL professional photos from the ceremony will be made public. THIS IS AN UNPLUGGED CEREMONY. After the ceremony, take as many photos as you like!

Open Bar will be open to guests of drinking age. Beer, Wine, and Mimosas available.
The reception will take place at the same venue as the ceremony. Directly after the happy couple is wed, chairs will be moved from the aisle and to the reception tables. During this transition period, photos with the bride, groom, and wedding party will take place. Immediate family of the bride and groom will have photos taken. The bar will open and music will begin at this time. Feel free to mingle and relax before the food is served!
Your specific list of guests will be included on your invitation. “And Family” implies significant others and your children (and or immediate grandchildren) Please RSVP as soon as convenient according to this invitation list, and do not RSVP any more guests than have been listed on the invite to ensure our event stays under capacity.
