We suggest flying into Sky Harbor in the Phoenix Valley and renting a car. Our venue is approx 2 hours from the airport. (There IS a small airport in Payson but unless you're flyin' in your own 4-seater plane, we're afraid that is not an option.)

Mesa Gateway Airport- Secondary Option
If you live near an airport that flies Allegiant, you can also fly into Mesa Gateway Airport and rent a car from there. The drive to Strawberry is about 2 hours from Sky Harbor or Mesa Gateway.

Rent your car at the airport and begin your scenic drive up to Strawberry! (If you plan on exploring trails up north on your own time, we suggest a higher clearance vehicle SUV or Truck.)

Guests will want to book this hotel if they are coming in early for the welcome mingle on Saturday or any days before. There are several hotels in the area near the Parlay Kitchen where the welcome mingle will take place on Saturday night.

Rooms will open 6 months before the wedding. Guest will want to book from Sunday to Wednesday. This boutique hotel is approximately .5 miles from our venue and offers a variety of room sizes. Due to the hotel's proximity to the venue, we encourage guests to designate a driver or carpool.

The bridal party will stay on-site at the venue from Sunday, August 30th to Wednesday, September 3rd. Guests are welcome to join in on any fun we have planned!
