The First Toast

8:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Casual after-dinner get together for those who are arriving early or live in town. Dress is casual and clean.

Camp Games and Local Hangs

4:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Casual dress- shorts and T-shirts - some games may involve water, so bring a bathing suit too!

While waiting for everyone to arrive, we'll divide into teams and play camp/drinking games at the Cabins on Strawberry Hill. Your hosts will not provide dinner this evening. Suggestions for dinner: Bandits Bar and Grill 5079 AZ-87, Strawberry, AZ 85544 Old County Inn 3502 AZ-87 Pine, AZ 85544

Rehearsal

4:15 pm - 5:30 pm

Please wear casual attire. We are in the woods after all.

This portion of the evening will just be for the wedding party. We will meet for 60 minutes at the ceremony site. Spouses are welcome to be extras in the audience.

Ceremony

4:00 pm

Elevated Casual: Wear what you want, but don't look like a slob! If you want to match the vibe, wear jewel tones. Men need not wear jackets, ties or even suits. 50% of the property is gravel, so women should strongly consider comfortable shoes, you might be able to get away with wedges or a chunky heel. Prioritize comfort over formality.

Please arrive by 4:00 PM sharp. Doors will lock at 4:15 PM and the ceremony will begin shortly after.
