Hampton Inn & Suites San Clemente
The Hampton Inn is about a football field away from our venue. When we toured it, the coordinator said that people have crawled down the hill to the hotel after weddings. We have rooms reserved from 11/02-11/05 if you wish to extend your weekend. There are a couple of ways you can book a room: (1) Call 1-800-445-8667 and ask for the group rate for the Negrete Martin Wedding Group block at the Hampton Inn San Clemente. (2) Book online at https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/laxschx-hampton-suites-san-clemente/. You will need to add the group code (NMW) under SPECIAL RATES > GROUP CODES. A major credit card must be provided by each individual to secure a reservation. Cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival or a cancellation fee of one night room and tax will be charged. No shows will also be charged one night room and tax. Each guest must present a valid picture ID and a credit card at check-in for payment of all charges. Rates will be available until Wednesday 10/4/2023. After that, rooms will be returned to hotel inventory and not available at the special rate. We will try to add more rooms to the block as rooms become booked. If you do not use the above reservation method, rates cannot be guaranteed.

Holiday Inn Express San Clemente N – Beach Area, an IHG Hotel
Holiday Inn Express is less than a 10 minute drive from the venue. The below link is the direct booking link which already has the group code added. You may also call Holiday Inn directly and request the group rate for the Negrete-Martin Wedding. We have 10 rooms on Thursday and 10 on Friday, which was the minimum number of nights and rooms in order to reserve a block. IMPORTANT READ: In order for everyone to get the group rate, there must be AT LEAST 8 rooms booked for the weekend. If there are less than 8 rooms booked, then everyone will receive the standard rate upon check-in. A valid credit card will be required by each individual when making their reservation and at check-in. Any unused rooms will be returned to hotel inventory after October 2nd. If you do not use the above reservation method, rates cannot be guaranteed.
