We heard something about a Soap Opera theme. Do we get to slap somebody?

Answer

No physical altercations please but expect there to be some soapy goodness.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Technically it's "Garden Attire". Remember it's outside during the summer in Wine Country. Above all we want you to be comfortable, but encourage chic sundresses, floral prints, snazzy suits in lighter hues, and fun hats & fascinators. Also - we plan on dancing -- so bring comfy shoes!

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

Have you met our friends?? Probably not the best role models for your children. Besides, we'd like our wedding to be your night off! "BUT I CAN'T BEAR TO LEAVE MY BABY AT HOME!" If it's a matter of you not coming to our wedding vs. bringing your adorable baby, we are flexible.

I don't see a +1 on my invitation... what gives?

Answer

We've put a lot of thought into the guest list and while we would love to ensure everybody has a wedding pal, if your invite does not specifically say +1 we're going to ask that you make new friends at the reception.

Question

When you say ceremony starts at 5:00 sharp, that means we can walk in at 5:05 and not miss anything right?

Answer

WRONG. We plan to start walking down the aisle at 5:00pm and have no plans to wait for anybody. Come in between 4:30 and 4:59 to get situated and catch up with old friends or make some new ones. (We were also told we'd need somebody to man the door, and we don't wan them to miss the ceremony!)

What's for dinner?

Answer

There will be a tasty Tuscan buffet. The venue is a fantastic Italian restaurant! The chef can prepare dishes that are vegan or vegetarian friendly. If you have any dietary restrictions be sure to say so when you RSVP.

Oh look, there's a pool! Can I jump into it?

Answer

PLEASE, NO. The venue specifically prohibits any of us from getting into the pool. In fact, there is a hefty fine for *each person* that violates this rule and we'd really like to not go bankrupt because you wanted to go swimming or push your friend into the water.

Can we book a room at the Depot Hotel?

Answer

Sadly the Depot Hotel is no longer a functioning hotel. Check out the Travel page for nearby hotel suggestions.

Where should we park?

Answer

There is a public park across the street from the venue with ample free parking.
