4 cabins for up to 8 people each
In addition to Mike & Abby's cabin, there are 4 historical cabins peppered throughout the main lawn available as guest suites. Beds are single bunk beds. Bathrooms are en suite - some include just a toilet/sink/getting ready area, while others also have a bathtub. Guests will have access to the shower house up by the modern cabins as well.
7 cabins that can hold a lot of folks
The modern cabins (these guys have heat and AC) are tucked back into the woods surrounding an outdoor amphitheater. Cabins are dorm style - several rooms with a combination of single and double bunk beds, and shared men's and women's bathrooms down the hall in each cabin. The shower house is right next door.
How are cabins assigned?
NatureBridge staff have asked us to handle the cabin assignments. You will receive cabin assignments via email a few weeks before the wedding, but we will also have someone onsite at check-in on Friday who will help you get settled!
How do I reserve and pay for my cabin?
Cabins are $200 per person for the full weekend, including meals. You can Venmo @abigailneel to confirm your reservation, and we will handle the rest with NatureBridge. Thanks!
What amenities are included?
Linens - Towels and bed linens will be provided, though you are welcome to bring your own if preferred. Bathrooms - Please see cabin descriptions above. For showers, anyone staying onsite will have access to a shared bathhouse with curtain-private showers. In addition to women's and men's bathhouses, there are two gender neutral, single unit bathrooms with both a toilet and shower available for guest use. WiFi - Cell phone service may be variable, but there is WiFi available in the main campus buildings for anyone that needs it. Refrigeration - We have one extra fridge where we'd be happy to store milk for nursing moms (whether you're staying onsite or not).
What do I eat?
All meals will be provided! That includes Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast and sack lunch, Saturday appetizers and dinner, and Sunday breakfast. For those staying onsite, we'll have snacks around too, and s'mores for late night campfires. If you have any dietary restrictions, just let us know when you RSVP and the NatureBridge staff will be happy to accommodate. That being said, you are of course welcome to bring your own food and beverage as you wish. Meal times are posted on the Schedule tab.
What should I bring?
Sunscreen Shampoo/conditioner and other toiletries Shower shoes (if you want them) Swimsuit Headlamp Sweatsuits!!! Other warm layers for the evening + rain gear (very much hoping you won't need the latter but it is a rainforest) Hiking gear/water bottle
Do I have to leave the venue at any point?
Only if you wish to! We know folks are traveling in from far away, so we're hoping once you get here, you don't have to worry about much. Our goal is to spend as much quality time with our community of loved ones as we can, so we are eager to host anyone who wishes to stay onsite. Check out the Exploring the Area page for things to do. You should also feel free to just kick back and hang by the lake.
