Denver Zoo
Hailed as one of the top zoos in the country, we've had some folks tell us it's 2nd only to San Diego! If you arrive in Denver a little early for the wedding, this is a great option! Right next door is Denver's Botanical Gardens if you prefer plants over animals; keep in mind that it will be February.
Meow Wolf Denver | Convergence Station
We've been twice! An interactive (and indoor!) art exhibit that is psychedelic and fun. It's a bit on the pricey side, but if you're adventurous it's a good 3+ hours of entertainment, great for those with kiddos of any age!
Atomic Cowboy home of Denver Biscuit Co & Fat Sully's NY Pizza
Atomic Cowboy's was one of the first dates in Denver that we went on. We immediately fell in love with the vibe, a weird amalgamation of vibes that hits just right with beer, pizza, or brunch biscuits. Robert recommends the biscuits Nashville Hot and Amelia's favorite is the Dahlia with french toast instead of the biscuits! This address is one that we live close to, but there are several throughout the city if you want to find one close to you. Tennyson St is our favorite.
Washington Park
A well-known and stunning city park if you want to scratch that outdoor itch, this is the best place to do it without snow shoes or ice spikes. We love walking with the dogs there and it's a winter wonderland after it snows.
Milk Market
This is also known as the Dairy Block. It is an amazing location with 11 different places to eat, all in a food hall design in downtown Denver. It has everything from fresh pasta, burgers, and seafood to bakeries, distilleries, and bars. It also has some pretty great art that would be a great addition to your photo album and Instagram stories!
Blue Moon Brewing Company RiNo
Great location to explore Blue Moon and all that it has to offer! You can even get specialty beers to go that aren't available in stores!
