If you'd like to dress in South Asian attire... Ladies - 1. Start this search 2 months or more in advance as items are usually hand worked and coming from overseas. 2. Search on Amazon or Google for Salwar Kameez (3 piece), Saree (3 piece), or Lehenga (2 piece). Ensure it will arrive in time! 3. You can also order from cbazaar.com, lashkaraa.com, and oneminutesaree.com (we have ordered from all three and had great experiences). Again, ensure it will arrive in time! 4. Also feel free to search for your local Bengali, Indian, or Pakistani dress stores and ask for the above garments. Gentlemen - 1. Follow similar instructions to above, but search for: Sherwani, Kurta, or Bandhgala suit. 2. Feel free to wear the pants that come with the outfit, or suit pants!
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes! If not, we would prefer if it was just you.
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Please make arrangements to celebrate for as long as your heart desires!
We are registered here at Zola! There are some items on the registry that are from other stores, and that item will direct you to that website when you click on it.
We're so excited to celebrate this special time with our favorite people! Due to limited space and a few specific gatherings, not all guests are invited to every event. Please kindly refer to your invitation to see which celebrations you're included in and RSVP appropriately to whatever you are able to attend! Please reach out to us with any questions. Thank you for understanding—we can't wait to share this joyful time with you!
If you would like to take part in this, please park at the wedding venue, but walk/arrive to Commons Park at 2:20 PM to walk with the crowd back to the venue in the processional. Bring the energy and get ready to dance! The Baraat is the groom’s celebratory processional to the wedding venue. Accompanied by music, dancing, and vibrant energy, the groom arrives in style—traditionally on horseback or in a decorated vehicle—surrounded by family and friends. This spirited parade sets the tone for the day's celebration, symbolizing the groom’s journey to meet his bride and unite their two families. It will start at Commons Park at 2:30 PM to party all the way to the wedding venue. Once arrived at the wedding venue, the bridesmaids and bride's family will hold the gate for the Gate Dhora (a playful ritual to test the groom's resolve and negotiation skills). We can't wait to party with you! Learn more here!: https://youtu.be/2WATcx_guK0?si=xUXJ2A9X96wPJlNt (Please note we will not be doing the Milni mentioned in the video)
Wedding invitations will be sent March 2026. Please RSVP by May 2026 following the instructions on the invitation.
