Portland International Airport (PDX)

Our home is only a 20 minute drive from PDX. We highly recommend a rental car to easily see all that Portland has to offer. Both the rental car center and the "Transportation Plaza" for Lyft and Uber can be accessed at the airport by taking the escalator all the way down and under the street level. While you're down there be sure to check out posters of movies made in Oregon and don't forget to post a picture of the iconic airport carpet!

Hotel

Inn at Northrup Station

While we do not have a hotel block, we do highly recommend this hotel. James stayed here when we had a squatter in our apartment (if we haven't told you that story, be sure to ask us at the wedding) and he always recommends it to friends staying in PDX. The hotel has a swanky retro theme and rooms include a kitchenette. It's a great location in our old neighborhood with easy walking to shops and restaurants as well as conveniently located at a streetcar stop for easy access into downtown Portland. Also only a 20 min drive from our house!
