Here are a list of AirBnB's available in the area for the 5-7th of August. You can definitely find a better price point staying at one of these locations vs. a hotel. North Bend, Snoqualmie, and Issaquah would all be very convenient to the event.

This is another option for a hotel that is reasonably priced with free parking. It puts you a little farther from the venue but closer to downtown Bellevue.

If you're looking for a fun boutique hotel experience, this is a gorgeous spot between Downtown Seattle and Capitol Hill, one of the more vibrant and central neighborhoods of Seattle. Prices are more reasonable than pre-pandemic so if this is your vibe I'd suggest going for it!
