Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agriculture Center
I am so excited to let you know the Perry National Fair dates just so happen to include our wedding weekend! This is one of the largest fairs one can enjoy. It not only has rides but livestock to check out, as well as many food options. I just ask you take the time out of your Saturday to join us on our big day!
The Shoppes at River Crossing
For those that love to do a little shopping. This is an outdoor mall located in Macon equipped with Dillard's, Belk, a few restaurants and more!
Ocmulgee Mounds National Historical Park
This is a beautiful area with much history. We strongly suggest those that like to explore check this area out. They have trails and exhibits, and would be a perfect place to take the family before or day after our wedding!
Society Garden
This is one our favorite spots in Macon, Ga. They are an outdoor facility oftentimes having live music! They also provide Satterfield BBQ, or if you prefer pizza Ingleside Pizza is just right next door. This is perfect for those that want to enjoy a relaxing evening the night before our big day.
Rigby's Entertainment Complex
This entertainment complex is just miles away from the suggested hotel in our travel section. This place is amazing for those with kids! They have an arcade, roller skating, go karts, mini golf, bowling and so much more! This place is also great for adults since after 10 pm it is only 18+ years allowed. This is the perfect place to kill time before heading to our wedding.
Cuban Island Cafe
This is another one of our favorites. A perfect restaurant to get some amazing Cuban coffee and pastelito on the side for breakfast. They also have many different tasty options for lunch and dinner. They are closed Sunday, so be sure to check them out Friday or Saturday morning! (Natalie recommends the Cafe Con Leche for coffee)
