Reno/Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is a small, easy to navigate airport. It's 10 minutes from down town Reno, and 45 minutes from Tahoe and Incline Village.
Rental Car
Driving
If you choose to fly directly to Reno, there are rental car options available at the airport. Reno is a 4 hour drive from the Bay Area, and a 2 hour drive from Sacramento. If you choose to fly into one of those airports, it's a lovely drive to Reno.

Shuttles will pick up and drop off guests from the Renaissance Reno hotel. Address: One Lake St, Reno, NV 89501. There is limited parking onsite at this hotel, so we recommend Uber/Lyft to take you there. There is a bar, restaurant, Bocce Ball court and arcade if you want to get the party started before the shuttles arrive.

Reno is ride share friendly! However, we do not recommend ride-sharing to the wedding, as cell reception is spotty at our venue.
