Join us in a fascinating walking tour of colonial Quito! The guided tour will take you around different parts of the old town, visiting colonial-era churches dripping with gold, and other cultural heritage sites. The guide will tell you stories and anecdotes along the way, with the intention of unveiling hidden aspects of the city, meaning you can begin to view Quito in a whole new light! It is a very rewarding and meaningful experience. The tour will be in English, and will take roughly 2 hours to complete. Be sure to bring a light sweater/jacket, as it can get quite chilly in the late afternoons. Join us on a trip to the east of the city, to an amazing wildlife reserve! Guests will be participating in a hike through the Andes mountains, taking in breathtaking views of the countryside, and travel through a pre-Incan tunnel in the pitch dark. The tunnel can get narrow as you progress, but it is such a rewarding experience! After the hike, we will meet in the main courtyard for lunch, before heading back to the city. It's encouraged to wear hiking boots, or comfortable sneakers! The hike and lunch will roughly take around 3 - 3 1/2 hours to complete. After the Ceremony, guests will be guided to the top floor of the hotel for our Reception in a beautiful ballroom. There is a balcony which overlooks the old town center and Quito, which is stunning at night! It can get a little chilly at night—so we recommend bringing a shawl or light jacket. Dinner, drinks and dancing to follow our ceremony!
