Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
Garden-Inspired Cocktail Attire: Flowy dresses, floral prints, and fresh garden-inspired hues are encouraged, along with suits in lighter hues. Bridesmaids will be wearing light pink dresses and groomsmen will be wearing light gray suits. Groom will be wearing a medium blue suit. Ceremony and Reception will be held outside, so please dress accordingly.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, we have decided on an adult only ceremony and reception. We do hope you understand and use this as an evening to enjoy yourselves! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We reserved a block of rooms for guests at the Marriott Residence Inn Long Island East End and the Hilton Garden Inn Riverhead. For more details on accommodations and booking, please visit the 'Travel' page on our website.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony/reception?
Answer
All guests staying at the Marriott Residence Inn Long Island East End and Hilton Garden Inn Riverhead will have a shuttle service provided to and from the venue provided by the bride and groom! The two hotels share the same parking lot, but pickup will be infront of the Marriott hotel. For times of drop off and pick up please refer to the 'Schedule' page on our website or your printouts in your hotel Welcome Bag.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! If you have any food allergies, please inform the bride, the mother of the bride, or the mother of the groom as soon as possible so we can accommodate your needs.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking right in front of the venue. Ceremony and reception are at the same location.
Question
Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes! A Welcome Party will be hosted Friday October 9th at 8pm at the Moonfish Brewery in Riverhead. Also, following the reception on Saturday October 10th will be an After Party hosted at the same venue (Swan Lake Caterers). For more details please visit the 'Schedule' page on our website.
