FAQs

The Wedding Website of Naomi Vannice and Joey Heydorn
Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! Though we don’t discriminate should you opt for a sitter 😉

Question

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by March so we can plan accordingly!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive and find your seat around 2:30-2:45 as the ceremony will begin at 3pm.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking available at the Pavilion in the upper lot.

Question

Is this event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, ceremony will be held outdoors near the river. Cocktail hour accommodates both indoor and outdoor and the reception will be fully indoors.

Question

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Our ceremony will move inside the Pavilion upstairs. We will make sure you know where to go.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What food will be served?

Answer

Catered buffet style BBQ and sides will be served for dinner, with a unique spread for appetizers during cocktail hour. We do have somewhat of a limited menu but can accommodate special dietary restrictions if you let us know ASAP!

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will have a cash bar available at the venue for guests to purchase their preferred drinks.

Question

How far is the drive?

Answer

Silverthorne Pavilion is roughly an hour and a half west of Denver/DIA. Weather shouldn’t affect this much, but there will be rock blasting along I-70 that could impact travel time by 15-30 mins. Plan accordingly!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for recommendations and links for our discounted rates.

Question

I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?

Answer

For any questions or concerns, please feel free to text Naomi at 720-315-8332.
