IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION
2:00 pm
***If you’re traveling in from Denver VIA I-70, please leave plenty of travel time. There is construction and rock blasting near Floyd Hill that closes the highway in 30 min increments. You may or may not encounter delays but please note this!!!***
Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
400 Blue River Parkway, Silverthorne, CO 80498
Nice-Casual (jeans, button-ups, dresses/pants, no sandals or band tees)
Outdoor Ceremony to begin at 3pm to the right of the pavilion. Walk down the path and to the right, near the river. Early June in the mountains: could be nice, could be chilly. Layer accordingly.
Cocktail Hour
3:45 pm - 4:50 pm
Inside the Pavilion with outdoor patio seating optional. There will be a few light bites in addition to a cash bar.
Reception
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Buffet-style dinner will be served. Bring your dancing shoes or be ready to play board games on the second story above the dance floor!
