Paul and Nancy never thought they would meet their life partner in the middle of a global pandemic. New York was just awakening from its long, Covid slumber and Nancy had just arrived back to town. Fortunately, they were both motivated to get out there in a real way and hope for the best. Well guess what? The best is just what they got. Their first date was at Raines Law Room in Chelsea. A dimly lit speakeasy which allowed for the imagination to roam and a sense of mystery to linger. All it took was the exchange of personal stories and adventures, flirty laughs and a few cocktails. (Okay, Paul might have had more than a few). They went home that night thinking… That was different. And easy. They got to be completely themselves from the very beginning. Paul thought.. “She is as down to earth and interesting as she is beautiful.” Nancy thought.. “He seems a little socially awkward, but I think I found my Asian George Clooney.” They both thought “Let’s do this again”. And again they did.. Again and again until they knew. They knew they had found each other’s Home. These two didn’t do things the conventional way. They did it their way..(as New Yorkers, we had to). A baby, a move and a rock later.. and Here we are. Ready to celebrate them and their story in magical Greece. We will see you on the beach...
