Getting to the Venue

Parking is available at Hamburger University (1045 W Randolph St, Chicago, IL 60607). Parking should be approximately $16-20 per car. We recommend using public transit ( the venue is closest to the Morgan Station stop on the Green and Pink Lines, 8 minute walk away), Uber, or Lyft. If you choose a hotel further from the venue, like in the Loop, keep travel in mind!

Hyatt House Chicago / West Loop-Fulton Market (Updated June 2021)

Hyatt House is the closest hotel to our wedding venue, and it is about a 5-minute walk away from the wedding venue. We will update the hotel website address with our booking link will go live closer to the wedding date. Our room block will include up to 20 rooms on Friday, January 14 and Saturday, January 15 on a first-come, first-serve basis. One Den King or Double Den Queen is $109 per night plus 17.4% tax. Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. Limited parking on-site for $50 per night with in and out privileges. Complimentary breakfast and wi-fi are included. 24 Hour Stay Fit Fitness Center and H-Bar located in the lobby. The room rate will only be valid until December 10, 2021. To book the group rate, you can use the link above, or you can book directly through the Hyatt website. You will just need to key in the Group Code: G-HUWO, or you can call the phone number listed (312 619-5073) and reference Wong/Hughes Wedding Room Block.

Ace Hotel Chicago (Updated June 2021)

The Ace Hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk away from the venue, and it's close to several restaurants in the Fulton Market area. It is also a few minutes away from Morgan Station. Small Room is $119 per night plus 17.4% tax Double Room is $129 per night plus 17.4% tax Medium Room is $139 per night plus 17.4% tax Check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 12 pm. Parking is the following prices on-site: 0-2.5 hours = $17 2.5-5 hours = $27 5-10 hours = $37 10+ / overnight = $57 To book a room, please use the website linked here, or you can call the Ace Hotel reservations department at 312-548-1177 and mentioning the Wong Hughes Wedding Room Block. Reservations must be made by December 16, 2021.

Palmer House a Hilton Hotel (Updated July 2021)

The Palmer House is a hotel in downtown Chicago near the Monroe stop on the L train. The hotel has a bar in the lobby, restaurant for breakfast, a spa on the 8th floor as well as an indoor pool and fitness center. To book a room, click this link to book through our wedding block. Crowne Plaza Chicago West Loop (Updated June 2021)

The Crowne Plaza is located about a 10-minute walk away from the wedding venue. The hotel has a bar downstairs along with a few different stores in the area. We will not be renewing our courtesy block with them. Please book with them directly. Rooms start at $197.65 for One King and $206.67 for a Double Queen. Parking for 8 hours is $20. Parking for 8-12 hours is $25. Overnight parking fee is $54.00 per car per night which includes in/out privileges. Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out is at 12:00 pm.

The Chicago Parthenon Hostel is an option for individuals interested in sharing a room or meeting other people while in town. It is about a 12-minute walk from the venue.

The Publishing House Bed and Breakfast

The Publishing House B&B is about 5-10 minutes' walk from our venue. This space would be great for a group looking to book a cozy place. The Publishing House is an urban loft in the heart of Chicago’s hottest neighborhood, the West Loop. The former Free Methodist Publishing House was built in 1909 and has been reimagined in 2017. The B&B includes 11 unique en-suite rooms of 250 sq/ft to 450 sq/ft – whether your heart desires a cozy corner for a quiet getaway or a suite for a romantic weekend, each of our rooms is quiet, private and beautifully appointed.
