The Chinese tea ceremony is open to family and close friends of the couple and wedding party. There will be food! It represents a formal introduction of the bride and groom, and expresses respect to their families.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

The attire is black tie optional, ladies consider wedges for the beach ceremony. There is a mask mandate in Colorado when indoors.
The ceremony will take place on the grounds of the property on a sandy beach. Please meet in the hotel lobby around 4-4:15pm where there will be a shuttle to take guests from the resort to the ceremony location on-site. The reception will be held in a ballroom connected to an outdoor terrace. Cocktail hour will be from 5:30-6:30pm with the reception to follow. And yes, the bar is open! In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off! The resort does offer lodging, we do not have a group block so please call ahead of time if you're interested in staying on site.
