How We Met
Tinder!
We connected online and met at the safe and public Monk's coffee shop in Abilene, TX. It was fun, food, and adventure after that!
The Proposal
Summer solstice in Iceland around midnight when the sky was still daylight, Colt dropped to one knee in front of the massive Skogafoss falls and popped the question! He also had a plan B and C which involved Diamond Beach and a kayak fishing trip to Kirkjufell where a message in seashells and a bottle of champagne were spread across the black sand. After careful consideration of compatibility and consultation with a tax expert, the answer was YES! We look forward to sharing our special day with our friends and family.
