What Time Should I Arrive to the Ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 4:00pm on June 6th, 2024 at Hiddenbrooke Hills in Vallejo, California. We ask that guests arrive AT LEAST 20 minutes EARLY to the ceremony to get settled before the proceedings. To keep the ceremony running smoothly, please do not show up at 3:50pm or later or you will be asked to wait in the cocktail hour room until the ceremony is over!

Where Will the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception Take Place? Is it Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the same property (Hiddenbrooke Hills). The ceremony is outdoors, while the rest of the wedding will take place indoors in the main building.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We would love for you to look your best and to please wear formal attire to keep the aesthetic of the day! Women are welcome to wear short and long formal dresses, and men to wear suits/tuxes. Please refrain from wearing white, patterns/prints that are mostly white, and white adjacent colors (like champagne, ivory, light silver, light beige, etc). Please follow the tradition where the bride is the only person at the wedding that gets to wear white to avoid looking disrespectful!

Are Kids Allowed at the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

While we adore your littles, our ceremony and reception is child-free. Only the ring bearer and flower girl will be invited to the ceremony and reception. Thank you so much for understanding!

Can I Bring a Plus One and/or add Additional Guests?

Answer

Unfortunately due to budget and space limitations we regretfully cannot afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest(s) of their own. Plus ones are limited to married/engaged partners only or if they’re close friends/family on the bride and groom. Only guests SPECIFICALLY NAMED on the invitation are invited. We thank you for respecting and understanding our tight guest list and apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

Health & Safety Guidelines

Answer

Because there will be some at risk individuals at our wedding, and to protect the health & safety of all of our guests, we please ask for you to take a covid test before attending. ****FOR OUR OUT OF TOWN GUESTS**** if you are flying on a plane before our wedding, we ask you to wear a N-95 on the plane, and practice proper sanitary techniques (like disinfecting your hands before you eat, wearing a mask at all times, etc) in order to properly protect the guests that are immunocompromised.

Yes! There will be PLENTY of parking by the main building where the reception and cocktail hour will take place! Please take a look in the "Travel" section of the website to find a map!

What Type of Food and Drinks Will Be Served? Open Bar or Cash Bar?

Answer

We'll be serving various hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner with a selection of entree's, sides, and salads. For dessert, we have our wedding cake! We have arranged an open bar and will even have specialty drinks based on our favorite cocktails! We suggest bringing cash if you want premium top-shelf liquor as the open bar includes the regular liquor!

What Should I Do With The Photos/Videos I Take At The Wedding?

Answer

We would LOVE to have any and all pictures or videos our incredible guests take of our big day. Please We will also have an online site that we will share at the wedding for you to upload your photos there after the big day!
