We're excited to be your (virtual) tour guides so you can get a taste of the Dallas Fort-Worth area while you're here. We're working on a list of things you can do during your trip. We'll be sure to include our favorite spots to eat, hang out, and explore - hopefully catering to your travel style, whatever it may be :)
Flight
Flying In
We recommend flying into Dallas Fort-Worth International Airport if you plan to stay at the venue hotel (Westin DFW). The hotel offers guests a free shuttle to and from the airport. Dallas Love Field is another great option for those looking to fly Southwest Airlines.

To make things easier for our guests, we've arranged for a room block with discounted rates ($85 plus tax for standard rooms; $109 plus tax for suites) at the Westin, where many of our events will take place. The hotel isn't currently serving breakfast due to COVID-19 restrictions; if the hotel resumes breakfast, it will give you the option to buy vouchers for the breakfast buffet at $10 per person per day.
