The Hoboken Waterfront
Take a walk down the Hoboken Waterfront Walkway and enjoy the New York City skyline! The walkway continues into Weehawken to the north and down into Newport/Jersey City past Hoboken terminal if you're feeling extra adventurous. You can also rent a bike via Hudson Bike Share and bike the route!
Take a Ferry ride to NYC
If you've never been: take a trip to NYC via NY Waterway. The Harborside Ferry Landing is only a 5 minute walk away!

Kung-pao chicken wings, lobster Tom Kha, blue crab fried rice, ... need I say more?? Amazing Asian-American restaurant in the cute downtown historic district of Jersey City. Great cocktails, apps and dim-sum style entrees. Perfect for dinner or a delicious post-wedding Sunday Brunch! (They're open from 12:30P-9:30P on Sunday!) PS- If we don't have you convinced- there's a speakeasy underneath the restaurant!!
La Isla
Cuban eats! A bit further out (you'd need to Uber there) but their guava-stuffed {and cornflake crusted} french toast beat Bobby Flay on his own show! Sunday Brunch is 10AM-3PM. This location is BYOB- so pick up some champagne for mimosas on the way.

Hoboken staple! Looks DELICIOUS and it's been where its at since 1968 -- so it must be good!
