La Fonda on the Plaza

100 East San Francisco Street, Santa Fe, NM 87501

The major events will take place here. The rehearsal, the ceremony, and the reception. The link will not fit on the website unfortunately. Standard room rates are $309 per night from June 18-20, 2026. Cut off date to book here is Monday May 18, 2026.

Discount Code - Ask Nadia or Jesus for Code/Link

Hotel

Piñon Court by La Fonda

201 Montezuma Avenue, Santa Fe, NM 87501

This is La Fonda's sister property, and the discount and room block can be applied here as well if La Fonda is out of your budget. Bear in mind this is about a 10 minute walk to La Fonda, and a 5 minute drive. As the link does not fit on this website, please ask Nadia or Jesus for the PDF instructions to book here. Same cutoff date as La Fonda applies. Classic Room Rate: $249.00 single/double occupancy. Junior Suite Rate: $309.00 single/double occupancy.

Discount Code - Ask Nadia or Jesus for Code/Link.

Travel Note

AirBnB

I understand the room block may be out of your budget. There are plenty of AirBnB's in town to choose from if you prefer not to stay at a hotel and you can split with others to bring the price down

Flight

Santa Fe Regional Airport

Santa Fe Regional Airport is a small airport located in the southside of Santa Fe, very close to where we live actually. This airport supports American and United Airlines, with most flights having layover in Dallas, Denver, or Phoenix. This is the most convenient airport to fly into if you don't prefer Southwest, with easier transportation to downtown Santa Fe. Your transportation options leaving this airport are: 1. Renting a car - This airport does have two rental car companies onsite. If you want to sight see around the area, we recommend renting a car. Keep in mind there are parking fees at La Fonda and around downtown Santa Fe. 2. Uber/Lyft - As it's a small city, there won't be many ubers around Santa Fe, but you can most likely find one with a possible wait. (We've never tried, but I see them driving around every so often). 3. Private Shuttle - The airport website lists private shuttle services you can likely utilize. 4. Picking Y'all Up - If we have the ability and support to do this, we can try to coordinate times to pick you guys up. It's considerably easier to do this at this airport rather than in ABQ, as this one is in town and not an hour away. Please coordinate this with us if needed.

Flight

Albuquerque International Sunport

This is the biggest airport in New Mexico. Albuquerque is only about an hour's drive away from Santa Fe. If you plan on flying Southwest, this is the only airport that supports that airline. Note: Try not to fly in late at night to ABQ if you can help it, unless you have an immediate mode of leaving to Santa Fe. It's not the safest. If you have the stay the night in ABQ for whatever reason, reach out us and we can find you a hotel in a safer part of town. There is no shuttle directly to the hotel. You will need to travel to Santa Fe by one of a few ways: 1. Car Rental - The airport supports car rentals. You can pick up and drop off your car at either end of the trip. If this expense is too much, consider carpooling and splitting costs with other guests. This is our most recommended option, especially if you would like to sight see outside of Santa Fe. Please keep in mind there are parking fees at La Fonda and around downtown Santa Fe. Ask us for details. 2. Railrunner Train Station - If you get in early enough, you can take the airport shuttle to the Railrunner Train Station. From there, hop on the train and take it to the Santa Fe Depot Train Station. Let us know if you need someone to pick you up from there, or catch an uber/lyft to the hotel. 3. Private Shuttles - For a fee, you can pay a private shuttle from ABQ Sunport to wherever you need to go in Santa Fe. We haven't done much research on these, but reach out to us and we'd be happy to help you. 4. Picking y'all up - If we have the ability and support for this, we can also try to arrange picking you up from the sunport. I expect we'll be very busy, so we don't prefer this option but we'll try to work something out if necessary!

Travel Note

Getting around town

If you want to do some sightseeing, here's some notes we have for y'all. Downtown Santa Fe Sightseeing - If you want to travel around downtown Santa Fe, and you plan on staying in a hotel in that area, it is very walkable and drivable. This is the most historic part of town. Outside of Downtown Santa Fe - If you want to sight see outside of downtown Santa Fe, like Meow Wolf for example, you'll need to either drive, uber/lyft, or take public transportation around town. Sangre de Cristo Mountains - If you want to explore the beautiful Sangre de Cristo Mountains in Santa Fe, you will likely need to drive there or take public transit. The Blue Bus takes you from downtown Santa Fe up to Hyde Memorial State Park (about halfway up the mountain) and to Ski Santa Fe (at the peak of the mountain). Blue Bus website: https://www.ncrtd.org/255-mountain-trail-route/ Outside of Santa Fe - If you want to sight see outside of the Santa Fe city limits, we highly recommend renting a car. Be mindful of winding mountainous roads and bad drivers.
