In Lebanese weddings, the festivities begin at home before the ceremony. The celebration at the groom’s house is a joyful gathering of family and friends as the groom prepares for the day. This is also the moment when the groom's parents, along with his relatives and friends, set off to go pick up the bride from her family home. Guests are warmly invited to join in this lively send-off, accompanied by music, dancing, and heartfelt blessings before everyone heads to the bride’s house and then to the church. A chauffeur will be available throughout the day to take our international guests between locations.

The celebration at the bride’s house is one of the most cherished pre-wedding traditions in Lebanon. Family and friends gather with the bride as she prepares for the ceremony, sharing in the excitement and emotion of the day. The heart of the celebration begins when the groom’s family and friends arrive to escort the bride from her home. This joyful moment is filled with traditional music, dancing, and blessings as the bride is accompanied to the church for the wedding ceremony. A chauffeur will be available throughout the day to take our international guests between locations.

Our wedding will be celebrated according to the sacred traditions of the Greek Orthodox Church. The ceremony is rich in ancient and deeply symbolic rites, including the Exchange of Rings and the Crowning, which reflect the spiritual union of the bride and groom in Christ. Portions of the service will be offered in Arabic, Greek, and Aramaic, honoring the Church’s liturgical heritage. English booklets will be distributed so that all guests may follow along and share fully in the beauty and meaning of the sacrament.
