Our love story began five years ago at The Inside Scoop in Floyd, NY, complete with melted peanut butter soft serve ice cream that got all over Rachel's hand, saved by Jake running to get napkins. We repeated this exact scenario many more times over the years, but with different flavors of ice cream. Through lots of hard work and determination, Jake and Rachel have established their dream life in the heart of the Adirondack High Peaks in Keene, NY, living their best life hiking, hanging out, and being cat parents to Kiwi and Purr Monster.
