Mother & Father of the Bride
Congratulations to our daughter and future son-in-law. Matt, we are so happy to welcome you to our family. When our daughter fell in love with you, we knew we would love you too. Brittany, we are so happy that you have found the love of your life. May you both live a life full of happiness and always cherish the love you have for each other. God bless you both!
Mother & Father of the Groom
They say that some people just know, from that first encounter, that they have met their forever love. It appears that our son, Matthew and future daughter-in-law, Brittany, have found that magic in each other. You can tell by the way they work and play together, that they support, love and care for each other very much. We are so delighted that Matthew has found such a special, beautiful woman, to share his forever with. May their love continue to grow each day. May they have happiness to surround them, success that allows them to fulfill their dreams, and always a bit of fun and laughter to get them through the rough spots. May sunshine light their path as they start their new journey together!
Maid of Honor
Brittany and I have been kicking it since diapers. She’s someone who I share countless memories with, can be myself around, and she’s always stood by my side through thick and thin!
Best Man
Matthew and I became friends one ice cold November day when our parents made the responsible decision to bring him home from the hospital for the first time. He’s been trying to go back ever since. Various instances include falling into uneven pavement and glass bowls (witnessed) getting his nose shattered by a 2x6 whilst using it as a catapult (did not witness) and multiple snow sport injuries. Now he knows he can just work there. A much safer option. Our love of the outdoors was born in scouts, especially skiing and traveling with the venture crew. Our relationship has been one of almost 30 years of growing up together. Through good and bad times we’ve had each other to get by.
Bridesmaid
Brittany & I became friends through a sorority we were disaffiliated from. We hated the sorority but found friendship in each other. From trashing frat houses, to going buck wild in Barcelona & Portugal, and to always encouraging one another’s overpriced impulsive purchases. We became each other’s support system, instantaneously. I also always know I can go to Brit for her brutal, blunt, filterless opinion.
Groomsman
Matthew and I became friends since birth thanks to our older brothers. We went to school together all the way through elementary and high school. We were with each other through Boy Scouts and all injuries Matthew received, from breaking his nose with a catapult to getting thrown off the hood of Travis’ car. We’ve been best friends and will continue to be for the rest of our lives.

Brittany and I have been great friends since high school when we bonded over the many things we have in common, including but not limited to taste in music, love of the beach, and obsession with coffee. Since then we've gone on fun trips and made many great memories together... all with a coffee in hand, of course!

Matt and I became friends through boyscouts, and what a fucking saga it has been. Our friendship started with weekly meetings and occasional camping trips and now we've drove across the country together (with a CRUNCH of a timeline and Matt getting mad at me when we accidentally went to a vegan diner after a 10 hour drive through the Rockies lmao) and have had many more stories. It's crazy how much I've seen him grow and come into his power as time has passed. Matthew is someone who I hold dear to my heart and I'm looking forward for the years to come of us still supporting and being vulnerable with each other. Love you, Matt!

Brittany and I became best friends when we thought it was a good idea to make "drinks" for speech class in college and got locked out for being late. We sat outside the class for the entire lecture together and still got attendance for the class. We complimented each other so well, became roommates, and have even gone on multiple trips out of the country together. We will forever be best friends!

Have you ever hung out with someone and the person they went on a first date with the same night and they are now engaged? Well neither have I, but a close second is hanging out with Matt after his first date with Brittany, and let me tell you we went out to celebrate a successful first date as all best friends should and I have never heard Matt sing “I want it that way” by the Backstreet Boys as confidently or as loud than that night. So thank you Brittany, I now have hearing loss from this and I wouldn’t change a thing!

Brittany and I share so many lifelong memories together such as traveling to Myrtle Beach for Senior Prom Weekend, celebrating Brittany's 23rd Birthday in Atlantic City, enjoying Long Island's 4th of July Family Block Parties, attending Enrique Iglesias' GMA Concert in NYC, coordinating sleepovers with Chinese Food & movies, and working the same Summer Pool, Ice Cream Shop, and Waitressing Jobs. Now, we are happily engaged and ready to marry the loves of our lives!

I've been Matt's self-proclaimed role model ever since we met in Venture Crew over a decade ago. We've also been fortunate enough to be teammates on the same softball team for several years. Looking forward to sending him off and sharing a drink on his big day.

Brittany and I first met in 8th grade through a mutual friend. Ever since, we have made many great memories together such as snorkeling in a cave, jet skiing in Myrtle Beach, meeting a baby tiger, biking in Martha's Vineyard, and meeting Enrique Iglesias. We share so many fun, crazy memories together and I am so excited to be a part of her special day!

I’ve been fortunate to know the Murphy family for a long time, I knew Matt’s brother Denis first. He was young enough that we say that I have known Matt since before he was born. We have enjoyed many awesome trips over the years and I’m grateful that Matt and Brittany have allowed me to share in the beginning of their next adventure together.

Brittany and I became cousins by some awesome spicy Spanish blood but friends through the years. Sleepovers as kids to nights in the city as “adults”. Brittany stood by my side during my wedding while she was sick and I will forever thank her for that. She is caring and always makes sure my sister and I are okay on special dates since our dad is gone. Brittany and I are cousins, sisters, friends and for lifers!!
Groomsman
Matthew and I initially met in the interview process of PA school but then got to know each other during our first year of the program. Matt was voted the nicest guy in our class by Jay. We became better friends when we combined forces against the forces of Graduate school and joined the same study group. We then got kicked in the face with studies but sailed through together!

Brittany and I became best friends in college when we met each other at a Sorority Beach Day. It was an instant connection and we had so many things in common! Brittany became my rock through junior, and senior year of college and is my "rock" until this day! We bonded over similar music taste, shopping, dog mom life, and pretty much everything else in between. I also remember being there with Britt after her first date with Matt, she was and still is beyond happy! Everyone always says you’ll meet your best friend in college and I’m glad I got to meet Britt. I am 100% certain my life wouldn’t be the same without her. She brings laughter, joy, and lifelong memories. I am super honored I get to be part of her special day. It is an honor of a lifetime.

Matt and I met at Travis’s Vermont house in 2014 where we skied and snowboarded together for the first time. He and I grew closer over the next few years and on our cruise in 2016 (not the one the happy couple met on) I was only 20 and he was 22 and we nearly got in really big trouble when the cruise line caught him sneaking me alcohol. A year later, when I was finally of legal age, we went aboard the Carnival Splendor and I was fortunate enough to witness the meeting of Matthew and Brittany. it’s a pretty legendary story. Congratulations to the happy couple!
Ring Bearer
As their first-born (by 6 months), I look forward to carrying my parents’ precious stones on their big day!

So excited to be the star of the show and get drunk off treats!
