We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting summer formal cocktail attire for our wedding. This means light, bright, and colorful formal cocktail wear. Please avoid wearing white/Ivory or black/dark attire.

The Crescent Beach Club offers valet parking only. A shuttle will also be provided for transportation to and from The Viana Hotel & Spa. Please see the "Travel" tab on our website for further details.

While we love all our little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception adults only (21+). We hope you understand and enjoy a night out!
The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors on the beach. We will supply fans, frozen margaritas, and pina coladas to help keep you cool. The reception-to-follow will be indoors.
Wear whatever shoes you'd like! Our beach-front venue has a wooden platform to walk on at all times to keep your feet out of the sand.
In true summertime fashion, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing black/dark attire. We would love for our family and friends' attire to match the colorful, vibrant energy of our wedding. Light color-choices may also help keep you cooler in the July heat!
We look forward to everyone enjoying our rooftop after party following the reception. Our DJ will make an announcement regarding the time and direction. Please see the “Schedule” tab on our website for further details.
We recommend that you arrive a half-hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
We have reserved a hotel block with a discounted rate at the Viana Hotel & Spa in Westbury, NY. If the room block at The Viana Hotel fills up, we recommend The Fox Hollow in Woodbury, NY as a good second option. Please visit the "Travel" tab on our website for more details.
Please avoid taking any centerpieces or other decor home with you as some of these pieces may be rented or borrowed from the venue. Fresh floral arrangements from our wedding will be donated to local senior living homes and women’s shelters.
