the journey of a lifetime begins!

It would be hard to believe that Ramon and I met over five and a half years ago at Chipotle. It would be even harder to believe that we actually didn't get along at first. Like, *at all*. You'd find it most hard to believe because now, for either, life without the other seems impossible. Had you asked either of us when we first met if we'd imagine ourselves where we are now, we would've both said, "No way". We were two kids just focused on work; thinking little of the future of getting married and starting a family. Fast forward to now, and we can't wait to tie the knot, start our family, and live the life we were truly chasing and working so hard for, but never knew we wanted so badly. More often than not, it takes being with that special person to really see daydreams become plans. All the days of being a little kids and playing house, daydreaming about your wedding, or dreaming of taking your kids to little league, or just having a home of your own and someone to come home to everyday. Someone to *be* your home. Since being together, these daydreams are no longer dreams. Now, we feel free to chase after anything we want. We are unstoppable. We have truly challenged the notion that "the sky's the limit". When we are together, it's like being in space. A floaty, peaceful feeling. It's beautiful, and there's a calm sense of togetherness while being alone - just us two. This is the kind of bond that makes you dream bigger dreams than just your wedding. You chase the stars. You dream of spending your life with this person, where you will take future family vacations, Halloween costumes that you and the family will all match in, the color of the cabinets in your future home, inside jokes and cute pet names that we only say at home, what kinds of Liz's homemade meals would be "a big hit for the kids one day", and the endless memories you will make together and reminisce on when you are retired and spending your days watching your kids go through the same thing. The very person you've cherished so much, right by your side the whole time, watching with you. The person who has become your "home". What a beautiful thing to experience life this way. Honestly, we couldn't imagine it any other way. If you've made it this far, thank you. We look forward to your love and support for us on this very, very special and precious day. We cannot wait to make many memories with all of you that we will tell our kids about one day, and think about long into our elder years as we grow old together. You all are very special to us and we hold special space for each of you in our hearts. We thank you for taking the time and efforts to make our day as important to you as it is to us. Now, wipe those misty eyes, and let's get ready for some serious partying!
