Hilton Garden Inn - Islip/MacArthur Airport

This is where we will be staying the night of our wedding! Hotel block rooms are available for May 7 - May 9, 2021. Note that if you made a reservation for our previous April 2020 date, those rooms were cancelled and you should have been refunded. You will need to re-book for our May 2021 date. Please book no later than April 24, 2021 if you would like to be part of our hotel block. After-wedding drinks and the morning-after brunch will be held at our hotel. Be sure to pick up your Welcome bag when you check in. If you forget anything, the Hilton suggests you ask their front desk for their amenities. If they can't help you there, there is a QuickChek market across the street. Can't wait for you to join us!

MacArthur Airport (ISP) - Islip, New York

MacArthur Airport (ISP) is the smallest airport on Long Island, but the closest to our wedding venue! Our hotel does provide a free shuttle to and from MacArthur, so it is definitely the easiest for those of you planning on coming without a car. New York City has tons of other airports, but you may need to rent a car to drive to the hotel if you come through that way. Your options in NYC are John F Kennedy Airport (JFK) or LaGuardia Airport (LGA) in Queens.

Shuttle from the Hotel to the Reception

May 8, 2021 6:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Transportation will not be provided from the hotel to the church in Oyster Bay, NY. There will be time for you to return to the hotel to freshen up after the ceremony and grab a drink in the hotel lounge as you wait for the shuttle to the reception! The shuttles will run between the Hilton Garden Inn and Lands End starting at 6:30 to get guests to the reception by 7pm. The shuttles will run in a loop to return guests to the hotel after the reception. Details on the shuttle return trip timing will be included in your hotel guest bags.
