St. Louis is two hours away from Jefferson City and super easy for car rental stuff. If you come a little early, the Arch, zoo, and City Museum are legitimately great to check out. If you're looking to break up the trip a bit, make a stop at "Crane's Country Store" (tagline: "boots, bullets, britches & bologna"). It's right off I-70, 10675 Old US-40 in Williamsburg, MO, established in 1926.
Flight
Kansas City is 2 1/2 hours from Jefferson City and home of the LVII Super Bowl Champs (Go Chiefs!) aaaaand delicious BBQ. If you get in a little early, Jack Stacks BBQ, Union Station, the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, and the WW1 National Museum (<--David's fave) are amazing. Car rentals are easy peezy and if you wanna break up the trip, stop at "Kleinschmidt's Western Wear" off I-70, 19715 N. Outer Road, Higginsville, MO. It's been around since 1969.
Hotel
We'll be getting a shuttle to take you guys to and from the wedding on May 27th. Unfortunately, this hotel is only available on Saturday night (thanks a lot, State Track Meet) but it's the best hotel in town. Fun Fact: this hotel is on Missouri Boulevard which I use to CRUISE in my high school years. Just a small town giiiiiiiiirl...
Hotel
"The mo-tel, ho-tel, Holiday Innnnnnnn!" This is a new-ish hotel with lots of rooms, but since it's a holiday weekend, make sure you reserve early!
House Or Rental
There are quite a few cute-ish homes to stay in and around Jeff City. There will be parking at Daisy Farms OR we'll choose one location (whichever hotel has the most peeps!) where a shuttle will come to take folks to the venue on Saturday night.
