Mike took center stage to pop the question—all to the tunes of our fave band, Road Trip! Not just a concert highlight, but the start of our forever. Fun fact: We met at a Road Trip gig 10 years ago!

Auburndale 2013 · The 1st night we met we were at a Road Trip concert! We had only known of each other maybe 3hrs at the time of this photo, but after I locked eyes with Mike I beelined right to him.

2014 · Our first Oktoberfest in West Salem. We've gone every year since – except that one year we went to a wedding instead and I *still* hear about it...

Halloween 2014 · Our first couple's costumes for Halloween as Sandy and Danny from Grease.

Christmas 2015 · Our first Christmas together! I knew that if Mike survived a Dommer Christmas, he was a keeper!

December 2016 · Ashley's graduation from Graduate school. How sweet is this? Ashley loves this picture!

January 2017 · Us taking a break at the Beer & Cheese Fest. We attended this when Mike was working selling hops but have been back since and still highly recommend!

November 2018 · Our first family photo together when we took the girls to a Badger game!

December 2018 · If Mike looks scared it might be because he was – this was the night he first met Erica!

Christmas 2018 · Us at the rotary lights in Oshkosh (fun fact: Uncle Doug dresses up as Santa here) during our first Christmas living together!

May 2019 · We had the best seats *ever* at this Garth Brooks concert (Garth Brooks is Brooks' namesake for those who don't know)

September 2019 · Mike's birthday surprise for Ashley: Tickets to Criss Angel!

Halloween 2019 · Dressing up as Mr. & Mrs. for Halloween together when we went to Central Waters with Michelle.

2020 · Road America where Ashley convinced Mike to wear matching outfits. He hated it so much he's refused to do it again since.

April 2021 · Our first vacation together to Key West! It was a much needed break from COVID life. It was all you can eat and drink, and we can say we got our money's worth, but we didn't eat much!

April 2021 · Same trip but in Miami on South Beach right outside of our hotel during the sunrise.

July 4, 2022 · Went to see The Glam Band & Vic Ferrari’s last show. We got up the next morning and were stuck by a parade. We decided to tour the maritime museum and the USS Cobia.

August 2022 · Surprise Puppy Shower thrown by Tanya! Ash was apologizing to everyone for coming because Brooks wasn't home yet, low and behold, Ash turns around to Kelly holding Brooks!

Fall 2022 · Trip to Rib Mountain to see fall colors on the ski lift and to catch live music while brewery hopping in the Wausau area using Mike's Real Craft Pass.

Halloween 2022 · Matt's Halloween Party with us dressed as a flapper and a gangster.

March 2023 · Mike at home with Brooks holding up the sign he made himself for the proposal! This was the photo used on the screen for the proposal, and Ashley loves he included Brooks.

March 2023 · The proposal in progress! Mike didn't realize he'd have to get on stage. He thought they'd put the picture up and he'd stay in the crowd and ask there, but Roadtrip coaxed him up!
