Question

When is the wedding?

Answer

[Q: When is the wedding?] Save the date for Saturday, June 29, 2024. While we're still ironing out the specifics, here's what you can expect: a short-but-sweet ceremony likely starting in the afternoon, followed by outdoor games and mingling before we'll move into an evening of delicious dining and then we'll dance the night away! Stay tuned for more details as we get closer to the big day.

Question

What is the r.s.v.p. deadline?

Answer

[Q: What is the RSVP Deadline?] A specific date by which to RSVP will be included in the formal invitation that'll follow the Save the Date.

Question

How do I r.s.v.p.?

Answer

[Q: How do I RSVP?] You'll be able to RSVP right here on our wedding website! This option will become available once we've sent out our official invitations closer to the big day.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

[Q: Are kids welcome?] We have addressed each Save the Date specifically to include all the guests invited. If your Dave the Date includes 'and Family,' then your little ones are welcome to join in on the festivities! If your envelope doesn't specify, we hope you understand that we're working with limited space and would love to celebrate with the adults of the family only. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

[Q: Can I bring a date?] To ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably, we've addressed each invitation specifically. If your invitation reads 'and Guest,' then we've reserved a spot for you to bring a date. If it's addressed only to you, we hope you understand that given the intimacy of the event, we're keeping the guest list as tight as possible and request that only those named on the invitation attend. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Question

Will this ben an indoor/outdoor celebration?

Answer

[Q: Will this be an indoor/outdoor celebration?] We're crossing our fingers for beautiful weather, as we're planning to hold the ceremony outdoors, surrounded by nature's beauty. Dinner and the reception will take place indoors, where the celebration will continue. Don't worry, though—we have a backup plan just in case and if it rains, we'll move the ceremony to an indoor location on the same grounds. So come rain or shine, it's going to be a day to remember!

Question

Where is the closest lodging?

Answer

[Q: Where is the closest lodging?] We've got a variety of cozy options to ensure our out-of-town guests feel right at home! We've arranged for discounted room blocks at two local hotels—Sleep Inn & Suites and Cobblestone Hotel & Suites. Both are just a quick 4-minute drive from the wedding venue. To find out how to book and for more details, check out the Travel page on our website. For those who want to be even closer to the action, we have 2 cabins right on the venue property that can comfortably accommodate up to 14-16 people each. All the information on how to reserve space in one of these cabins is also available on the Travel page. And for our adventurous guests, there are several local campsites that would make for a great outdoorsy stay! We've made it easy and gathered each campsite's information for you—it's all under the Travel page. So whether you're a hotel person, a cabin enthusiast, or a camping lover, we've got something for everyone!
