Go and visit where Justin and Laura met. They recommend you stop by some of the following places on campus: Cintas Center, Gallagher Student Center, Mary Queen of Victory and Peace Grotto, Bellarmine Chapel, and the Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel.
Best Ice Cream, hands down. Justin worked at this location for more than 2 years, so try to stop by and tell them you're friends/family of the groom! While you're at it, make sure to try the signature flavor, the Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip, or another chocolate chip flavor because the chips are HUGE!
When in Cincinnati, do as the Cincinnatians do. What's all the fuss about this Cincinnati-style chili? There's only one way to find out; to try it for yourself. Visit Cincinnati's favorite chili chain, Skyline, and try some chili Cincinnati-style!
A family owned chili chain right around the corner from Sacred Heart Church (where the wedding is taking place). This restaurant has been featured on many Food Network shows and is often described as the best chili out of all of them in Cincinnati. Try a couple cheese coneys with everything on them and see what the big fuss is all about!
If you need a good beer, look no further than the Hofbräuhaus. Just a great place to enjoy everything German in its fullest.
A hidden gem of a pizzeria in the Greater Cincinnati area. A hole-in-the-wall, family-owned pizzeria with some darn good pizza. A trip here will not leave you disappointed, especially after trying one of their dessert pizzas.
This is a gothic-style cathedral in Northern Kentucky, featuring flying buttresses, immense stain glass windows, and other remarkable examples of art, architecture, and history. See the basilica's website for information on mass times and tours: https://www.covcathedral.com/
Penguins. All the penguins. Also, while you're there, walk around the nearby shops at Newport on the Levee, or cross state lines via a walk above the Ohio River on the Purple People Bridge.
A historic farmer's market with fresh fruit, veggies, and other farm grown produce. Also, you might like to get some homemade fudge, fresh-squeezed lemonade, or waffles from Taste of Belgium.
Go visit the world's most famous hippo, Fiona, at the 2nd oldest zoo in the country!
The highest viewpoint in Cincinnati. Also, where Laura and Justin went on their second date. See south into Kentucky and north into suburban Cincinnati and all around. Be sure to bring some quarters for the binoculars at the top!
A nice place to spend the evening. Watch the Reds play on the big screen, get some Graeter's ice cream, or listen to some live music! Come at night to see the buildings lit up with beautiful colors.
The oldest professional observatory in the United States and the place where Justin and Laura went on their first date!
Home of the Cincinnati Reds. The Reds won't be in town during the weekend of the wedding, but still try to visit the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum for some cool Reds' history!
Come to Ault Park and go for a nice walk where you're sure to see engagement photos being taken, some cute dogs, and beautiful flowers in the gardens. The view from the Pavillion is quite beautiful as well.
Take a nice stroll around the Mirror Lake, go to the Cincinnati Art Museum, or visit the Krohn Conservatory. There's quite a nice view of downtown Cincinnati as well!
This museum tells the history of-- you guessed it-- the underground railroad. Cincinnati being a key dividing point between the north and the south during the time of slavery makes this museum's vantage point quite unique, and quite worth the visit!
A former major train station turned museum. One of the most iconic buildings in all of Cincinnati.
A great amusement park for those of you who need a thrill while you're in town.
