Ships Harbor Inn

This quaint inn overlooks the docks of the San Juan ferry. It is conveniently located 10 minutes from historic downtown Anacortes and approximately 25 minutes from FaberFarm. We highly recommend staying at this location to experience the beauty of the Pacific Northwest! A block of 16 rooms of various types, including queens, double queens, kings, and one suite, are available to reserve. Prices range from $189-$219 per night (suite $259) and includes breakfast. Please contact the hotel by June 15, 2019 to make your reservation, as the block will be released after this date. And be sure to mention our names when booking! Note that in order to secure these rates, a 50% deposit is required at booking and cancellations less than 30-days prior to the event will incur full charges, unless the venue is able to find another customer. (This generally is not an issue during this time of year, but if you think cancellation is possible, we recommend booking outside of the room block.)

The Majestic Inn & Spa

For an extra special experience, we recommend staying in this historic boutique hotel. Originally a hardware store, the Majestic Inn was built in 1890 and is located in the heart of downtown Anacortes - approximately 15 minutes from FaberFarm. The hotel has beautiful views of the Cap Sante Marina in Padilla Bay and the Port of Anacortes. Several room types are available, starting at $368 per night. Given popularity of this venue in the summer, we recommend making your reservations as soon as possible.

There's always Airbnb! There are a few homes in the area within reasonable driving distance of FaberFarm. For those looking to bunk with other guests, check out our Facebook group D + J Getting Married. Train

Amtrak

From the Seattle airport, you can take the light rail or an Uber/Lyft to the King Street Station in Seattle. From there, it's a 1.5 hour train ride to the local Mount Vernon stop.

Travel Note

Airport Shuttle

A roundtrip airport shuttle service is available through BellAir Charters, with multiple pick-up and drop-off times per day. The stop nearest to the wedding venue is located in Burlington. Transfer options from here are available to/from downtown Anacortes and the Anacortes Ferry Terminal near Ships Harbor Inn. Shuttle schedules are available online and tickets can be booked via the website or phone.
