Question
When Should I Arrive?
Answer
Our formal wedding festivities will begin on Friday. For those traveling from the east coast, we recommend getting in on Thursday or early Friday morning as flights might not be the most accommodating. Both of our hotel blocks allow you to book multiple days before or after the wedding at the same room rate. If you have any issue booking within our hotel block, please let us know and we will get it sorted out.

How do I get to/from the venue?
Answer
We recommend utilizing our shuttle service provided to allow you time to relax and not worry about driving to and from the venue. The venue is 30 minutes outside of the city and therefore, depending on the time of day, traffic could make your commute longer.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
You can RSVP at the "RSVP" tab above. The name your reservation is under should be the name on the front of your wedding invitation envelope. If you received an invite and you cannot find your reservation, please let us know. We look forward to having you celebrate with us!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Please note that the invite is for you and everyone named on the invitation only. Due to limited capacity, we cannot accommodate any additional individuals not accounted for. We are excited to celebrate with you our closest family and friends. We appreciate you understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are children welcome?
Answer
Although we would love to see your little ones tear up the dance floor, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a well deserved night without kids to relax, celebrate, and dance the night away with us!

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
For the welcome party, the venue is an indoor venue. For the wedding, the entire venue is outdoors. Oregon weather can be unpredictable and we will do our best to accommodate for any inclement weather. However, we are asking everyone to please plan accordingly.

But what will I wear?
Answer
For the welcome party, the attire is cocktail/semi formal attire. For the wedding and reception, the attire is formal. Please note that the entire wedding is outdoors with a lawn ceremony, so wedges over heels might be advisable and bring a wrap or jacket for a cooler evening. We will our best to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the night. Color is highly encouraged. Please avoid wearing white. Come dress to impress and if you think it might be "too much" add another accessory to take it over the edge!

Will Alcohol Be Served?
Answer
Yes, we'll be serving beer and Oregon wine, as well as our signature cocktails throughout the night. Non-alcoholic drinks including coffee and tea will also be available.

Will there be a vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free option?

Yes! Our chef will curate a delicious meal for those who indicate they have any dietary restrictions. Please inform any such restrictions when you RSVP.

Where can I find your registry information?
Answer
Our registry is located under the "registry" tab above. We've curated a list that provides diverse options for all price points. Please stick to the options we've selected as we believe it best reflects our needs and style. Certain big ticket items have the option of being purchased as a group either through Zola or the store's website. No gift is too small and if all the lesser priced items are purchased, we've added a cash fund to allow you to contribute what you wish. We appreciate any contributions toward starting our new life together!
