Formal invitations with RSVP details will be mailed closer to the wedding date. No need to RSVP yet, once you receive your formal invitation, you'll have everything you need to respond!
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed within the invite. Thank you for understanding.
The ceremony & reception will be held outdoors.
We kindly ask that our ceremony be an unplugged ceremony, no phones or cameras. We ask that you all be present with us as we share this special moment. During the reception, you're welcome to take photos, but please avoid flash and be mindful of our photographers as they will be capturing the day for us.
We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible so we can finalize all the details and ensure a smooth day for everyone. Your timely response really helps us with seating, catering, and making sure we have everything just right. Final RSVPS are due by June 20th.
Our reception will feature a thoughtfully curated buffet, including our favorite artisanal pizzas, along with an assortment of fresh salads and gourmet appetizers, designed to delight every palate. Vegan and gluten free options will be available.
We want everyone to enjoy the meal! If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP or reach out to us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
We kindly ask guests to dress in semi‑formal attire, think "Summer Best". Since the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, we recommend light, breathable fabrics and footwear that can handle the grass. We want everyone to look their best while staying comfortable as we celebrate!
July in Maine is warm, sunny, and perfect for a summer celebration. Daytime temperatures usually range from the mid-70s to low 80s °F, with low humidity and a pleasant breeze. Evenings cool down into the 60s, so a light sweater or jacket is a good idea. Overall, it’s an ideal time to enjoy the outdoors and soak in Maine’s natural charm!
Uber & Lyft is available, but can be limited in the rural areas of Maine. You are more than welcome to leave your car at the venue, the night of the wedding, and come back the next morning if you are taking an Uber home/to Airbnb/hotel.
If a hotel is your vibe - Portland and Windham are your best options. Portland is about 35 minutes away, with a lot of options, close to tourists spots and airport. Windham is 30 minutes away from the venue, and in-between tourist spots. However, I recommend Airbnb & Vrbo and finding a nice spot close to the lake and enjoying what Maine has to offer. Sebago and Standish would be close options on the lake & near the venue. Gorham, Buxton & Waterboro are other good options nearby.
